MDI, GURGAON PGP PROGRAM OVERVIEW
PGDM Eligibility criteria
- Candidates
should have at least 50% or an equivalent in classes X and XII.
- They
should also hold an equivalent degree or a bachelor’s degree (minimum 3
years duration) in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates
who pass the Bachelor’s degree final examination (or an equivalent exam)
and fulfill all requirements to earn the degree by June 30, 2022 are also
eligible to apply, but they must submit proof of their eligibility no
later than October 1, 2022, or they risk being asked to withdraw from the
programme.
Selection Process
Candidates will be narrowed down for the GDPI
process based on the information they supply in their application forms and
their CAT or GMAT scores. Centers outside of Gurugram are in flux. The
short-listed candidates will be informed in advance if the GDPI procedure will
also be done online through Zoom.
PGDM-IB
A dual degree programme offered in Europe and India
is the PGDM-IB. According to the Financial Times B-School rankings, ESCP
Europe, which is ranked 8th in Europe, and MDI Gurgaon jointly provide the
curriculum. Students attend MDI Gurgaon for two 10-week terms before moving to
one of the six designated ESCP campuses in Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Turin,
Warsaw, or London for two semesters. To complete the programme, they travel
back to Gurgaon for one more term.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates
should have at least 50% or an equivalent in classes X and XII
- They
should also hold an equivalent degree or a bachelor’s degree (minimum 4
years’ duration) in any discipline from a recognized university.
- After
finishing a four-year Bachelor’s degree, the candidate must have a minimum
of one year (one year) of post-qualification job experience as of December
31, 2021.
- The
PGDM-IB twining programme is run in association with ESCP Europe.
Executive Post Graduate Programmes
PGDM-BM Eligibility
Same as that of PGDM
- A
minimum of five years of post-qualification executive work experience as
of March 31, 2022.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted for the selection
process based on the information provided in the application form and their
CAT, GMAT, or XAT scores. For the PGDM-BM 2022 batch, there will be two rounds
of selection. In Round 1, the applicants would be shortlisted based on their
GMAT, CAT, and XAT results, and personal interviews would be held on Sunday,
January 30, 2022. (tentatively). All applicants who submit their applications
by Monday, January 17, 2022, will be invited for a personal interview on
Sunday, January 30, 2022, based on their legitimate GMAT, CAT, or XAT results.
(tentatively).
Part B – International/ Domestic
Immersion Component
All participants are required by the curriculum to
complete a two-week domestic or international immersion module, which will take
place after the classroom work. Participants will be responsible for covering
the component’s tuition costs, board, housing, and incidentals. Fees for
airfare, visas, and insurance will be paid on an actual basis.
PGDM-PPM
Eligibility – Same
as that of PGDM.
Selection Process
- Based
on the data supplied in the application form and the CAT/GMAT/XAT-2022
results, candidates will be narrowed down for the selection process.

Eligibility
- In

50%.
- A

Self-Sponsored/Sponsored Applicants with Current
GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT Scores
To be eligible for admission to the PGDM-Business
Administration, applicants must have valid GMAT/CAT 2021/XAT 2022/MAT 2022
scores that are valid until June 30, 2022.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted for the personal
interview based on their performance on the GMAT, CAT, XAT, and MAT 2022
authentic results as well as the information provided in the application form.
In July 2022 at MDI Gurgaon, shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a

FMP Program
Offered in Two Tracks: FPM (Residential) and FPM (Non-Residential),
MDI is seeking applicants with a strong ambition to contribute to the creation
and diffusion of knowledge in the field of management and a track record of
consistently outstanding academic performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- A
master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% of the requisite marks
(with first division) or an equivalent grade point average recognised by
AICTE/AIU is required after finishing higher secondary education (10+2).
- After
finishing a 10+2 higher secondary education programme in any discipline
with at least 60% of the requisite grades, a five-year integrated Master’s
degree programme is available (with first division).
- Minimum
scores of 50% or above in the 10th, 12th, and bachelor’s degrees, as well
as a master’s degree with 60% (with first division).
As of the deadline for applications, FPM
(Non-Residential) candidates must be at least 35 years old and have at least 10
years of managing experience, preferably at the senior-level.
Those doing their final exams in the relevant
disciplines can also apply for FPM (Residential). Candidates must complete the
course requirements before June 30, 2022, and they must turn in their original
certificates and grade reports by September 30, 2022, or they risk being asked
to withdraw from the programme.
Selection Process
Candidates must take required tests such the CAT,
GMAT, GRE, UGC-JRF, and GATE. Candidates must submit applications using scores
from Standard Tests, such as the CAT, GMAT, GRE, UGC-JRF, or GATE, that are
still valid as of the application deadline. The shortlisted candidates will be
contacted for an interview in April or May 2022 at the MDI Campus in Gurgaon,
either online or offline.

Financial Assistance for FPM Residential
Students
The scholarship will pay Rs. 30000/month for the
first two years and Rs. 35000/month for the remaining time. For their
fieldwork, book purchases, research paper presentations, and other expenses,
the FPM students will also receive a joint contingency fund of Rs. 80000
(Rupees eight thousand) and a conference grant of Rs. 250000 (Rupees two lakh
fifty thousand only). Only if the programme is moving forward properly will
financial assistance be provided.
For all FPM students, married or single, the
Institute often offers semi-furnished studio accommodations on a payment basis.
Students may be allowed to make their own arrangements and live off the Campus
if there is a housing shortage and the institute is unable to offer alternative
housing arrangements.

The MDI Gurgaon provides on-campus housing for PGDM,
PGDM-HRM, and PGDM-IB students in the Chaitanya, Change Masters, Takshashila,
and Kshitij buildings on a twin-sharing basis. Both Oddessy and Kaveri, which
are categorised as twin- and triple-sharing residences, are available to female
students. A bed, a desk, a chair, a cabinet, and other typical fixtures are
included in the bedrooms’ furnishings. Students are allowed to bring their own
mattresses, bedding, toiletries, and locker and locker room locks. These are
also offered in the “MART” cooperative store, which is owned by students.
For participants in executive graduate programmes
(NMP), Takshashila also serves as an executive dormitory with reception areas,
air-conditioned dining areas, and air-conditioned semi-furnished dormitories.
